Kurdigo App Account Deletion
This page explains how users of the Kurdigo mobile application, developed by Berjor Pte. Ltd., can request the deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your Kurdigo account and associated data, please send an email to:
- Subject Line: Please use the subject line `Kurdigo Account Deletion Request`.
- Email Body: In the body of your email, please clearly state your request for account deletion and include the email address that you used to register your Kurdigo account. This information is necessary for us to identify and process your request accurately.
- Verification: To protect your account, we will send a confirmation message to your registered email address to verify your request before proceeding with the deletion.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving and verifying your deletion request, we will permanently delete the following personal data associated with your Kurdigo account from our systems:
- Account Credentials: Your display name and any other profile details associated with your account.
- User Profile Information: Your display name and any other profile details associated with your account.
- Learning Progress: All data related to your learning progress, including tracked decks, card statuses, and learning statistics associated with your account.
- User-Generated Content: Any custom flashcards, notes, or other learning materials you may have created and stored within the app under your account.
What Data May Be Retained
Please note that we may retain certain non-personally identifiable information for specific purposes, such as:
- Anonymized Usage Data: Aggregated and anonymized data about app usage patterns or feature interaction, which is used solely for improving the Kurdigo app experience and cannot be linked back to any individual user.
- Anonymized Performance Data: Anonymized crash reports or performance metrics that help us maintain app stability and reliability.
This retained data does not include any personal information that could identify you.
Timeline for Deletion
We aim to process verified account deletion requests promptly. Typically, account data deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving your request. We will notify you via email once the deletion process is complete.
